How do I create an account?

Register yourself by clicking on the register option. Fill in the correct personal details, such as e-mail ID and mobile number, and create a password. Following these steps will help you make your account within a few minutes.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

In any case, if you forget your password, then go on to the login page and enter the email address associated with your account. Click submit to have a password reset link e-mailed to you.

Do I need to create an account before ordering any product?

You can order via the guest mode option without creating an account, but we recommend creating one. Creating an account will save your information for future purchases. You will also receive several ongoing offers or discount coupons in your mail if you create an account on our website.


Orders and Payments

How do I place an order?

To place an order, search for the products that you wish to purchase. Add the product to the cart and fill in the required details. Finally, place the order by choosing a vast range of available forms of payment & complete the purchase. And yes do not forget to apply the coupon NEW10 to get Flat 10% OFF if you are shopping for the first time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we are only accepting prepaid orders, as all orders are shipped from our Haridwar warehouse. Go and make the payment hassle-free using your preferred modes of payment, such as UPI transactions, Card Payments, or Net Banking.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Cancellation is possible within 2 hours after the order is placed. However, we do not allow modifications. You can call on our helpline number 1800 1804 109 during working hours 10:00 AM - 6.00 PM to request the cancellation.

Is the Cash on Delivery(COD) option available?

Currently, we are only offering a pre-paid payment option as all the products are being fulfilled from Haridwar warehouse. However, in future if the COD pay option gets enabled, then we will inform you via email, sms or whatsapp.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Sometimes, due to network issues at the bank's end, your payment might fail, in this case, simply call your bank to check the payment status, or you can also share the payment confirmation screenshot on our email address.


Shipping and Delivery

What are your shipping options and charges?

The shipping charges that are charged with every purchase are minimal and kept to ensure that your product is reached safely at your doorstep. There is a flat ₹90 charged if your order is less than ₹400, while above ₹400 orders are shipped free of cost.

How can I track my order?

In the right-hand top corner, you can find the option to track the order. This option gives the details on the status of your order and is the most convenient way to keep track of your order in just a few minutes. How long does it take to dispatch an order?

It usually takes 2-3 days to dispatch an order, as we ensure that every customer receives the order on time and with the right product.

Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we are serving only in India.

Can I get a faster delivery option?

No, we are offering standard delivery as of now.


Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

I need to return an item; how do I arrange for a pick-up?

You must initiate a request by sending an email or calling us on the provided phone number. Once you arrange a pick-up with us, our team will contact you.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product, the wrong product, or missing units in my order?

We make our best efforts to consistently deliver the orders placed by our customers as swiftly as possible. The packages containing the products are tightly secured and packed carefully. Yet, if you find that the the products are missing or damaged, then please share an unboxing video and pictures of the products via email to wecare@patanjalifoods.co.in within 48 hours of the delivery. We look forward to assisting you and providing the best service possible.

When will I receive my refund?

The refund process takes 1-2 weeks after the investigation is completed, and then you will be able to get a refund for the product that you have purchased.

How can I find a specific product?

To find a specific product, explore the categories in the menu or type the product name in the search bar. Based on the products' availability and the number of units, you can place orders or make purchases one at a time.

What if a product is out of stock?

If you find that any product is out of stock, then email us about that specific product with the required quantity. wecare@patanjalifoods.co.in.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes, you can make orders in bulk with a maximum of 20 units of each product.

How can I apply a coupon code?

To apply a coupon code, go to the cart that contains your favourite picks, and then, on the view cart or checkout page, simply add the coupon code in the designated space. If the coupon code is valid, this will give you additional discounts on the products.

Can I use two coupon codes in one purchase?

No, it is not possible to apply two coupon codes to your purchase. For a single order that you have placed, use one coupon code at a time.
